Returns Policy

Batter Up can not accept returns or exchanges due to the perishable nature of our products. We are not responsible for theft to packages left outdoors. We are not responsible for a delay in carrier’s delivery.

Shipping

All orders will process within 2 business days. All orders & shipments are limited to the 48 contiguous United States and we do not ship internationally. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

If you live in a warmer climate and find your Batter Up purchase slightly melted upon delivery, have no fear! Our batter stays fresh unrefrigerated for four weeks. Just mix the batter, refrigerate and enjoy. The temperature is of no concern in regards to the safety of the dough and is merely a matter a preference.

Please check your order for accuracy before submission. Batter Up will not be responsible for packages refused by the recipient, or for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

If your package delivers damaged, please contact Batter Up within 24 hours of delivery: info@batterupbatters.com

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
